Walter F. Zdanowicz, Sr., 89, of Waukegan passed away February 11, 2015 at The Terrace in Waukegan. He was born on February 3, 1926 in Illinois.
He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Eleanora Zdanowicz; children, Jeanine Clavey, Walter, Jr. (Brenda) Zdanowicz and Joseph Zdanowicz; two grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Walter was a WWII Army Veteran.
Visitation is Monday, February 16, 2015 from 4-8pm at WARREN FUNERAL HOME, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee. Mass will be on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at 10am at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, 624 Douglas Ave., Waukegan with Fr. Dennis Zalecki officiating. Burial will follow at Ascension Catholic Cemetery in Libertyville.
