Virginia "Ginny" Coogler

Virginia “Ginny” Arlene Coogler, 76 of Wadsworth, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at the Village at Victory Lakes in Lindenhurst, IL.

She was born on January 12, 1943 in Anderson, Indiana to the late Marion and Zora (Turner) Fenner.  On July 17, 1966 she married Jodie Coogler in Anderson, IN.  She loved cooking, watching cooking shows, and sewing, but her greatest love was for her family.

Ginny is survived by her husband, Jodie, her daughter, Dawn (Elliot) Wallace, her son, Jodie Coogler II, her grandchildren; Avery Wallace, Xavier Wallace, and Carl Cox, her brother’s, Richard Fenner and Stephen (Patricia) Fenner, and her sister, Carol Fenner-Slayton.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Charles and Dale Fenner.

Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Warren Funeral Home and Cemetery located at 1475 N. Cemetery Rd. Gurnee, IL.  Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.

Entombment will be at Warren Cemetery.
