Theodore J. Paxton, 63, of Park City (formerly of Sarasota, Florida) passed away on Saturday, January 25th, at Condell Hospital in Libertyville after a losing a long battle with COPD. He was born September 15, 1950 In Waukegan, Illinois. He lived in the Waukegan area until 2000 when he moved to Florida. He was a Zion High School Graduate and worked at R. Lavin & Sons in North Chicago before his move to Florida. While in Florida he worked for Seven/Eleven and Sun Corporation. As his sickness progressed he was forced to move back to Park City to live with his Daughter Krystle in 2009. He was preceeded in death by his Mother, Phyllis, Father, James, and Older Brother, James II (Janelle). He leaves to cherish his memory his two brothers, John (Renee), Thomas (Sandy), His loving Daughter and caretaker, Krystle Paxton-Welch (Paul), their children (his grandchildren) Trevor, Max, Myles, and Joseph and his Son, Philip (Deborah) and their children (his grandchildren) Anita, Tylendel and great grandchild, Dylan, along with his surrogate son, Eric Bottenfield and his former wife, Janet Mihaljevic. A private memorial service will be held for the family and friends at a future date. Memorial contributions may be sent to family at 3720 Eric Blvd.in Park City.
