Sylvia Perez

Sylvia S. Perez, 64, of Lake in the Hills passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. She was born on September 29, 1947 in Eagle Pass, TX to the late Martin Sanchez and Argelia Veloz. She is survived by her three loving children, Carmen (Rodney) Bean of Gilbert, AZ, Joe (Jill) Perez of Round Lake, IL and Eric (Zoey) Perez of Lake in the Hills, IL; ten grandchildren, Samantha Bean, Austin "AJ" Bean, Dakota Bean, Tyler Bean, Alexandrea "Lexi" Bean, Amanda "AJ" Perez, Brandon Perez, Hailee Perez, Arica Perez and Alex Perez. A gathering will take place on Saturday, November 19, 2011 from 3:00pm until 4:00pm at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee. A memorial service will follow the gathering on Saturday at 4:00pm at the funeral home. Interment is private.
