Sharon Pierce

Sharon L. Pierce, 66, of Grayslake passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at Manor Care in Libertyville. She was born on October 14, 1942 in Bessemer, MI to Albert and Germaine (nee Luxmore) Annear. On June 27, 1981 in Wheeling, IL, Sharon married Ronald D. Pierce. She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Ronald; one son, Joseph Michael (Carolyn) Weigand of Missouri; one sister, Renee Annear of Bessemer, MI and a special friend and caregiver, Miriel Bananurwakye. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. A gathering will take place on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee, IL. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home on Tuesday with Reverend Don Tremper officiating from Immanuel Church in Gurnee, IL. Inurnment will be on Wednesday at 11:30 am at Hillcrest Cemetery in Bessemer, Michigan.
