Sandra Hill

Sandra L. Hill, 70, was born on June 25, 1942 in Fargo, ND, passed away, Sunday, March 24, 2013. Sandy is survived by her three loving children, Cathy (Jim) Bauer of Mt. Prospect, IL, Jeff (Deena) Hill of Ingleside, IL and Michelle (Jim Knight) Hill of Chicago, IL; four grandsons; Sean Lanners, Justin Wilczewski, Korey Hill and Jackson Knight, her one surviving brother; Richard (Elaine) Hegge of New England, ND, and several nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Ellen M. (Geving) Hegge and beloved husband on June 16, 2011, Ronald D. Hill.
Sandy was married to Ronald Don Hill of Escanaba, MI on Feb 17, 1962.
Sandy was a faithful member of Saint Paul's Lutheran Church for over 40 years, and served as a volunteer with various organizations, including the C.O.O.L food pantry and the Lake County PADs program.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the C.O.O.L food pantry, 127 W. Water St, Waukegan, IL 60085.
Visitation is from 5:30pm-8:30pm, Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N Cemetery Rd/Tri-State Parkway, Gurnee, IL 60031, 847-855-2760. A memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Waukegan, IL 60085, (847)662-2535 with Pastor Brad Davick officiating. Interment at Warren Cemetery & Mausoleum, Gurnee.
