Rose Baldare

Rose M. Baldare, 92, of Gurnee, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at home. She was born on Saturday, May 21, 1921 in Chicago. She is survived by one daughter, Josette (John) Griffith-Michael of Gurnee; one grandson, Chester (Lisa) Griffith of Kenosha, WI; three great grandchildren, Nicholas Griffith, Kylie Griffith and Alexi Griffith; best friends, Shirley Michael and Tom Neton. She was preceded in death by her parents, Amedo and Adeline (Deginova) Caliendo; former husband and good friend, Joseph Baldare; two brothers, Frank Caliendo and Mario Caliendo; one sister, Madeline Abbreno and her very best friend, Ida Danesi. Visitation is Friday, October 25, 2013 from 10-11am at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee, IL. Funeral services are Friday, October 25, 2013 at the funeral home with Fr. James Merrold officiating. Burial will follow at Warren Cemetery & Mausoleum, Gurnee. Memorial donations may be made to WAGS in Waukegan or Vitas Hospice in Lombard.
