Robert Rutter

Robert Arthur Rutter, 58 of Zion, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020 at his home.

Bob was born on November 20, 1961 to Robert and Linda (Keffer) Rutter in Prairie du Chein, WI.  He spent many happy summers at Great America with his friends. As a big fan of movies, he also loved checking out the newest films at the movie theater every week. Bob was a huge fan of both the Chicago Cubs and the Green Bay Packers.

Robert is survived by his mother, Linda, his sister Roberta Rutter and her partner Leon Seay, his brother Frederick Rutter and his partner Marlene Koskatas, his niece Alexis Rutter, great niece Paige, and his best friends Audrey and Tad Onarheim, along with their children Jacob and Andrew.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert.

Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Warren Funeral Home and Cemetery located at 1475 N. Cemetery Rd. Gurnee, IL.  A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shriners Children’s Hospital or The American Lung Assoc.
