Richard II

Richard "Richie" C. Bakken, II, 37, of Waukegan, passed away Friday, Jan. 20, 2017 at home. He was born August 15, 1979 in Libertyville to Richard C. and Cindy Lou (Hangebrauck) Bakken. He is survived by his loving father, Richard C. Bakken; brother, James Bakken; niece, Angel Marie Bakken; uncles, Jim (Karen) Hangebrauck, Edward Fletcher and Albert Fletcher; aunts, Ruth Hanson, Mary Fletcher, Doris (Al), and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cindy Lou Bakken; maternal grandmother, Edith Mae (Hangebrauck) Martin; twin aunts, Joan Sponem and Jane Bakken; uncles, Roger Sponem and Ron Hanson. Visitation is Friday, Jan. 27, 2017 from 4pm-8pm at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017 at 10am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Warren Cemetery, Gurnee.
