Rayshonn Moore, 44, passed away on March 23th, 2021 in Park City, IL, surrounded by his family and friends. Rayshonn was born on January 1, 1977 to Ricky Wilson and Debbie Moore in Waukegan, IL. Rayshonn was an avid sports fan supporting the Chicago Cubs, but his real passion was for the Buffalo Bills. He also liked to play many sports, and he was always interested in the newest players and information about the sports he loved, and he liked to share that knowledge with his friends and family.
Rayshonn is survived by his mother; his brothers, Rickey (Anna) Moore, and Derick (Megan) Moore; his children, Jenisa Moore, Bryanna Neville, and Alejandrina Santiago; 3 grand children; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Elvid Ammons; and his grandmothers, Mary Moore, and Ruth Wilson.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 from 11 AM until 1 PM.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with current State of Illinois Phase 4 regulations, all guests will be required to wear a face mask at all times. There will be a maximum of 50 people allowed in the funeral home at a time and proper social distancing must be practiced.
