Patricia "Patty" Koziol, 59, passed away July 2, 2011 at Condell Hospital. Born October 26, 1951 in Evanston to Peter and Theresa (Sylla) Zazvrskey; married Norman Koziol in 1986.
Survived by husband of 24 years, Norman; mother, Theresa Zazvrskey; brother, John (Mary) Zazverskey; sister, Sandy (John) Williams; brother-in-law, Eugene J. Koziol; nieces and nephews, Katie, Maggie, Peter, Brian, Karin (Raul), Jenna, Karsten and Connor. She was preceded in death by her father and father and mother-in-law, Eugene F. and Lieselotte Koziol.
Patty worked for more than twenty years at SEDOL with children with special needs including those with hearing impairments.
Visitation will be Friday, July 8, 2011 at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 6401 Gages Lake Road, Gurnee from 9:30 am until memorial services at 10:30 am at the church. Interment will be private.
Arrangements entrusted to WARREN FUNERAL HOME, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee, IL.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society.
