Michael departed his earthly home on December 26, 2022 at 67. He was Born in Russellville, AL on December 22,1955 to his mother Irene Stepter, and Father Bill Foster. Michael was full of life. He graduated from S.I.U Carbondale in Carbondale, IL in which he graduated with a BA in Industrial technology. He also attended the County of Lake County where he received a certificate in Computer Aid Drafting. Michael was married to his devoted wife, Bea Foster for 27 years. He is proceeded in death by his father Bill Foster, His sister Sabrina Foster, and his stepdaughter Amy Williams. Michael is survived by his mother Irene Stepter, his brother Gerald Foster, His son Stevie Washington and Michael Scott, His stepchildren, Delaney Lewis, Kumay Williams, Robert (Mary) Williams, Gini (Shameka)Williams, and a very special granddaughter Brittney Lewis, along with a host of nieces and nephews, grands and great grands.
