Mary F. "Sis" Williams, 81, of Gurnee, formerly of North Chicago, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 27, 2015 at Highland Park Hospital. She was born on September 2, 1934 in Vicksburg, Mississippi. On April 8, 1951 in Walls, Mississippi, Mary married the love of her life, Arlee Williams, Sr. She leaves to cherish her loving memory, her loving husband of 64 years, Arlee Williams, Sr.; sons, Arlee, Jr. (Margery) Williams, Kenneth L., Sr. (Teresa) Williams and Roger (Stacey Wade) Williams; daughters-in-law, Linda Williams and Valerie Williams; brothers, Lonnie E. Wade and Charles H. Wade; sister, Ernestine Mabins; grandchildren, Arlee, III (Angela) Williams, Crystal Y. Geater, Kendrick L. (Jennifer) Williams, Kenneth L., Jr. (Taniesha) Williams, Kyle Williams, Kenyatta Williams, Megan A. Williams-Raines and Jawon (Elaina) Evans; a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fountain, Sr. and Pearlie (Brown) Wade; sons, Larry D. Williams and Mitchell Williams; sister, Joyce Davis; brothers, Fountain Wade, Jr., Melvin Wade and Winston C. Wade. Mary loved her family, grew up helping people, was very proud to be a lifelong resident of North Chicago, loved astronauts, the color blue, James Brown, danicing and fast cars. She also was an avid sports fan, including the Cubs, Bulls and Blackhawks. Services will be private. Interment will be at Warren Cemetery & Mausoleum, Gurnee.
