Margaret Langer

Margaret A. Langer, 83, of Fox Lake, passed away at JourneyCare Hospice in Woodstock. She was born August 10, 1933 in Kewaunee, WI to Leo J. and Estelle A. (Nichol) Salkowski. On November 9, 1957 in Kewaunee, WI, Margaret married the love of her life, Leon Langer. Margaret was an avid card player, loved to travel, and most of all, enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her loving family, husband of 58 years, Leon; children, LeAnne (Larry) Marsh, Holly (Randal) Fink, Jay (Jodi) Langer, Stacia (Steven) Ashley and Troy (Mary) Langer; sister-in-law, Grace Salkowski; grandchildren, Lindsay Marsh, Shanna (Cody) Hoshaw, Bradley Fink, Adam Fink, Madison Langer, Jameson Marsh, Hayden Langer, Erin Fink, Nina Ashley, Tanner Ashley, Morgan Langer and Nicole Langer; many nieces, nephews, and her special cat, Sugar. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Charles Salkowski and William Salkowski. Visitation is Thursday, October 13, 2016 from 5pm-7pm at WARREN FUNERAL HOME, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee. Memorial services are Friday, October 14, 2016 at 11am (visitation from 10am-11am at the church), All Saints Lutheran Church, 5800 N. State Park Rd., Fox Lake with Pastor Nathan Anderson officiating. Interment will be private.
