Lois Braden

Lois Ruby Braden, 89, longtime resident of Gurnee, Illinois, passed away March 16, 2022.  She was born on January 29, 1933, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Arthur and Elsie (McDaniel) Holsapple.

Lois was a supportive Navy wife, loved animals and volunteered wherever she was needed.

Lois and her late husband Glen enjoyed being snowbirds in Ft. Myers, FL for 23 years, traveling in their RV, boating, camping, fishing and just spending time with family and friends.

Lois leaves behind a daughter, Robin Ducy and a brother, Richard Holsapple (Nodie) and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Glen in 2019, and a son, Richard Braden in 2013.

A graveside service will take place on Friday, April 1st, 2022, at Warren Cemetery, Gurnee, Illinois, 1475 N. Cemetery Road, Gurnee, Illinois.
