Le Kobus

Le Roy "Lee" Kobus, 75, of Gurnee, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016 at home surrounded by his family. He was born May 26, 1941 in Waukegan. On June 22, 1963 in Waukegan, Lee married the love of his life, Mildred Connerley. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Mildred Kobus; children, Le Roy "Butch" (Margie) Kobus and Carolyn (Eric) Cullison; sister, Joean Handyside; grandchildren, Jason (Anna) Kobus, Michael Kobus, Alexandra Kobus, Emily Cullison, Elizabeth Cullison and Catherine Cullison; great grandchildren, Hagan Kobus, Selah Kobus, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Victoria (nee Baum) Kobus; brother, John Kobus; sister, Marie Long, and brother-in-law, Duane Handyside. Interment at Warren Cemetery & Msusoleum in Gurnee. Services are private.
