Laura Sacca

Laura L. Sacca, 60, of Gurnee, IL passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021, at Vista Medical Center East.

She was born on May 9, 1961 to Charles and Penelope (Carlson) Rohrdanz in Waukegan, IL.  In 1989 she married her former husband John Sacca.

Laura was an avid photographer, painter, crafter, and life-long lover of horses.

She is survived by her daughters, Amber Bomkamp, Hanna Sacca, and Cheyenne (Mike) Fecht; grandchildren, Spencer Damont, Phoenix Stroud, Savannah Stroud, and Kaleb Soderberg; her siblings, Shelly (Denny) Bjorn, Charlie (Laura) Rohrdanz, and Brandon (Laura) Rohrdanz, her mother, Penelope Rohrdanz; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Chuck Rohrdanz, and a sister, Lisa Stein.

A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, July 9, 2021 at Warren Funeral Home located at 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee, IL 60031, with Father James Merold presiding.  Visitation with the family along with sharing of memories and stories will follow the funeral service.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with current State of Illinois Phase 5 regulations, all guests who are not fully vaccinated should wear a face mask and socially distance while in the funeral home.
