Jose Tito Rodriguez Santamaria, Jr., 32, of Waukegan passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at his home. He was born on August 10, 1976 in Mexico City. On July 31, 2004 in Waukegan, Jose married Marlena Shreve. He is survived by his loving wife of 5 years, Marlena Rodriguez; daughter, Zoriada J. Rodriguez, son, Jose T. Rodriguez, III; father, Jose Rodriguez, Sr.; mother, Eloisa Santamaria Fernandez; god-daughters, Xania Ruiz and Samara Castro; brothers, Alejandro Rodriguez, Raul (Patricia) Rodriguez, Fernando Rodriguez, Ignacio (Rosa) Rodriguez and Jose Hiram Rodriguez; sisters, Cristina (Rafael) Espinoza, Silvia (Mario) Martinez, Elvia (Martin) Espinoza, Martha (Enrique) Leon, Silvia Rodriguez and Teresa Vidal; grandfather, Elpidio Santamaria; nephews, Luis Castillo Rodriguez, Victor Almanza, Javier Espinoza, Miguel Espinoza and Mario and Angel Martinez and many other special nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jose and Petra Rodriguez and maternal grandmother, Guadelupe Santamaria. Jose loved spending time with his family, liked to do tattooing and enjoyed working on cars. Visitation was held on Friday, March 6, 2009 from 5-7 pm with a funeral service at 7 pm at the funeral home. Interment is private.
