Jose Dominguez

Jose Refugio Arroyo Dominguez, 56, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2011 in Huertas de San Mario, Mexico. He was born on December 10, 1954 in Veracruz, Durango, Mexico. On December 19, 1972 in Monterrey, Mexico, Jose Refugio married Maria Guadalupe Sanchez. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Maria Guadalupe Arroyo Sanchez; parents, Manuel Arroyo and Ofelia Dominguez; four children, Ofelia (Rusbel) Delgado, David (Rebecca) Arroyo, Aurora (Alex) Franco and Bianca (Inocencio Mendoza) Arroyo; four grandchildren, Anthony Delgado, Andrus Delgado, Audrey Mendoza and Liliana Franco; two brothers, Manuel (Maria Sandoval) Arroyo and Gregorio Arroyo; three sisters, Norma (Guadalupe Ibarra) Arroyo, Ortencia (Jesus) Perez, Maria Aurora Jara and Esperanza (Jose Sandoval) Arroyo and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother-in-law, Gonzalo Jara.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 12, 2011 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Road, Gurnee. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 am on Saturday after the visitation at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Warren Cemetery, Chapel of Peace Mausoleum, Gurnee.
Jose Refugio enjoyed taking road trips, listening to classic rock music and loved spending time with his family and friends at bon fires.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for memorial donations to be made to the Refugio Arroyo Dominguez Memorial Fund.
