Jorge Andino

Jorge Alberto Andino, 20, a beloved son, cherished brother, and most appreciated friend, of Waukegan, IL, passed away on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022, in Okinawa, Japan.

He was born on Sunday, August 19th, 2001, in Waukegan IL, to Jorge and Yeymy Andino.

Throughout Jorge’s life he enjoyed playing videos games, watching anime, and listening to music, mostly The Weeknd.  He loved spending quality time with his family and friends, he always gave his family members a FaceTime call at any time of day, sometimes about forgetting the time difference.  Jorge was always there to be a helping hand or shoulder to lean on when needed.  He was the meme king and could quote anything and everything in seconds.  He lit up the room with his smile and annoying jokes as soon as he walked in a room, he will be missed tremendously.

Jorge is survived by his parents, Yeymy and Jorge Andino, and his sisters Gissel, Glenda, and Elssie Andino, along with his girlfriend, Fabiola Garcia.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022, from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee, IL 60031.  Visitation will continue at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 25, 2022, with the funeral service being held at 12 p.m.  Burial in Warren Cemetery with military honors rendered will immediately follow the funeral service.
