John Turner, Jr.

John J. Turner, Jr. of Boulder Junction, Wisconsin passed away at Park Manor in Park Falls, Wisconsin on May 26, 2022. He was born August 11, 1941 in Waukegan, Illinois to Jack and Mimi.

At a young age his family moved to Wisconsin where he grew up on a dairy farm. He then returned to Waukegan where he met the love of his life Mary Turner, nee Cashmore. After Mary passed in 1993 he moved back to Wisconsin. He enjoyed motorcycling, hunting, fishing, and gambling.

He is survived by his children: Tina (Howard) Parks, Richard (Janet) Haskins, Dawn (Scott) Stella, and Julie (Tim) Burchfield.

His grandchildren: Hollie (Steve) Rucinski, Tiffany Stella, Stephanie (Josh Kincaid) Stella, Tyler (Megan) Stella, Haley Stella, Kayla (Dillon Feurtado) Stella, and Todd Parks.

His great-grandchildren: Raelynn Stella, Kinsley Stella, and Dillon Feurtado, Jr.

His sister: Sandy (Chet) Meeker and many other family members and friends.

He was preceeded in death by his loving wife Mary, his parents, and two brothers.

Family and friends are invited to gather from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Road in Gurnee, Illinois.
