Jerome E. "Killer" McKillen, 75, of Gurnee passed away on Friday, September 24, 2010 at his home with his family by his side. He was born on March 1, 1935 in Waukegan.
He is survived by his children, Kimberly (John) Dziekan, Kelly (Ron) Walker and Kurt McKillen; loving companion, Shirley Genest; grandchildren, Tony McKillen, Nathan McKillen, Kyle Walker, Kelsey Walker; great granddaughter, Callie McKillen; brother, Bill (Joan) McKillen and sister, Mary Doucette. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Lillian McKillen and brother, Pat McKillen.
Killer enjoyed playing golf and was an avid Bears and Cubs fan.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 28, 2010 from 10:00am-12:00pm at WARREN FUNERAL HOME, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee. Funeral services will be at 12:00pm at the funeral home on Tuesday. Burial will follow at Warren Cemetery & Mausoleum, Gurnee.
