Jeffrey Borgardt

Jeffrey Alan Borgardt, 52, of Gurnee and Morton Grove, passed away on July 5, 2012 surrounded by the love of his family and friends. He was born on April 17, 1960. Beloved husband of Kubra S. Borgardt, nee Yaybulak; loving father of Jennifer and Allison Borgardt; cherished son of Henry and Marion Borgardt; dear brother of Renee (Dave) Pokvitis; beloved son-in-law of Ayten Yaybulak; dear brother-in-law of Sugra (Tanju) Hasanof; fond uncle of Gregory and Natalie Pokvitis, Erol and Sema Hasanof. Jeff was a marvelous cook and avid sports fan. He loved building and flying model airplanes, golfing and so much more. Fun-loving and happy, he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation Monday, July 9 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee. Funeral 9 a.m., Tuesday from the funeral home to St. Paul the Apostle Church, Gurnee.
