Jason Matthew Clark, 42 of Des Plaines, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2019 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL.
He was born on September 8, 1977 in Chicago, IL to Andres Lopez and Wilhelmina Clark. He graduated from Mt. Prospect High School and ETI Technical College. On November 9, 2013 he married his wife Ashleigh. He worked for D&S Appliance and greatly appreciated their support of him. He was a HUGE Dallas Cowboys fan and a big Trump supporter. Jason was known for his generosity, kindness, selflessness, and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
Jason is survived by his best friend and love of his life, his wife Ashleigh, his sons; Jason Edward Clark and Jacob Matthew Clark, his parents, Andres Lopez and Wilhelmina Clark, and his sister Adrian Grom.
He was preceded in death by his infant son Ashton Clark and his Aunt Bonnie Pawelko.
A memorial service will take place on Sunday, October 27, 2019 from 12:30-4:00 P.M. at the Grayslake Heritage Center located at 164 Hawley St. Grayslake, IL. 60030.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jason’s name for his sons’ educational needs.
