Jane Forcier

Jane Cynthia Forcier, 52, of North Chicago, Illinois passed away early Sunday morning, July 10th, 2022 peacefully in her sleep.  She was born May 17th, 1970 in San Diego to Hope and Ronald Forcier.

Ronald Forcier was an active naval serviceman and the family lived abroad in Spain, Guam, South Carolina, San Diego and finally settled in Lake County IL. She was a graduate of the College of Lake County and Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.  Jane worked as an IT Compliance Consultant in the Quality, Regulatory and Compliance Organization at Abbott Labs.

She is preceded in death by Hope Forcier and is survived by her father Ron Forcier and brother Peter Forcier.  Jane was the beloved godmother to Conrad Keene and loved by many friends who were family.

She was an avid reader and gamer and enjoyed travelling with friends.  Jane traveled this world and many others with her friends; known for her bright and joyful companionship, her amazing organization and preparation skills, thoughtful guidance, sharp wit and quick laughter.

A memorial service will be held Friday, July 22nd from 4-6pm at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee, IL 60031

A celebration of life potluck luncheon will be held from 12-2pm on Saturday, July 23rd at the home of Melanie Mauritz, 211 Mainsail Dr. Third Lake, IL 60030.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given in Jane's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. (See link below)
