Henry Benjamin Jr

Henry "H.B." Benjamin, Jr., 62, of Woodstock, IL, went home to be with the Lord peacefully on Feb. 25, 2017. He was born Oct. 24, 1954 in Waukegan. On May 5, 1979, H.B. married the love of his life, Vinnie Windom. He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his wife of 38 years, Vinnie Benjamin; children, Senitra Benjamin, Ronardo Windom, Henry Benjamin, III, Timothy Benjamin, Reginald Gwinn and Julius (Jaclynn) Benjamin; brother, Willie Benjamin ; sisters, Jimmie, Darlene, and Dorothy Benjamin; grandchildren, Derrick, Desiree, Daija, Keeondae, Kayla, Kenchrell, Kendell, Tajuan, Keondae, Triston, Joslynn, Jathan, and Jamison; four great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. H.B. was preceded in death by his parents, Henry, Sr. and Marie (Foster) Benjamin; brother, Johnny Benjamin, and grandson, Julian Benjamin. Visitation from 10am until service time at 11am on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Shiloh Baptist Church, 800 S. Genesee St., Waukegan, IL with Rev. Dr. A. C. Conley, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Warren Cemetery & Mausoleum, Gurnee, IL.
