Gordon W. Maynard, 80, of Lake Bluff, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2014 at Claridge Health Care Center in Lake Bluff. He was born on July 27, 1934 in Zion, IL to George and Mary Maynard. He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife of many years, Brigitte Maynard in December of 2012. A cryptside service will take place on Monday, November 3, 2014 at 11:00 am at Warren Cemetery, Chapel of Peace Mausoleum, Gurnee with Pastor Sidney Miller officiating, and the Army Military Honors presenting.
