Gerald Duncan, sr

Gerald W. Duncan, Sr., 73, of Grayslake passed away on Monday, June 28, 2010 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. He was born on October 23, 1936 in Hopkins, Kentucky. He is survived by the his friend and mother of his children, Hazel Duncan of Mettawa; three loving children, Deborah (Keith) Gray of Mettawa, Patricia (Charles) Scherer of Grayslake and Gerald Duncan, Jr. of Palatine; four grandchildren, Emily Anne Gray, Meagan Nichole Scherer, Erin Kathleen Gray, Charles Nicholas Scherer and one brother, Gene Duncan of Dawson Springs, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Dorothy (Thomason) Duncan and one sister. Gerald was a United States Army Veteran. Family and friends are invited for a gathering on Sunday, July 4, 2010 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the home of Keith and Deborah Gray. For directions and information, please call 847-855-2760.
