Folashade Kuburat Lekuti, 38, of Zion, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 22, 2014 at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center. She was born on November 16, 1975 in Washington, DC. She is survived by her loving family; parents, Mashood and Modupeola Lekuti; siblings, Monsurat Lekuti, Akim Lekuti, Bukola Lekuti, Babatunde Lekuti and Yetunde Lekuti. Visitation is Tuesday, September 30, 2014 from 10am - 11am at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 11am at the funeral home with Pastor Wale Akinosun officiating. Burial will follow at Warren Cemetery & Mausoleum, Gurnee.
