Eleanor Pazdera, 90, of Waukegan died Monday, November 29, 2010 at Terrace Nursing Home in Waukegan. She was born May 9, 1920 in Union City, New Jersey. On April 23, 1944 in New Jersey, Eleanor married Harold Pazdera.
She is survived by her loving children, Steven (Lisa) Pazdera of Brookfield, IL, Donna (Mark) Pepperdine of Waukegan; grandchildren, Derek Martinez, Camerin Martinez; great-grandson, Lukas Martinez and nephew, Kenny Grecco. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emil and Sadie (Maley) Baumgart, husband of 55 years, Harold, sister, Ruth Grecco and one infant brother.
Eleanor loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening, reading and worked at the Waukegan Public Library for many years.
Visitation is Thursday, December 2, 2010 from 4:30pm-8:00pm at WARREN FUNERAL HOME, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee. Funeral services and burial are private.
