Edith Martin

Edith Mae (Hangebrauck) Martin, 82, of Gurnee, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, August 4, 2016. She was born on January 13, 1934 in Waukegan, IL to the late Ralph and Nettie (nee Dockery) Hangebrauck. Edith is survived by her loving son, James (Karen Tousek) Hangebrauck; son-in-law, Richard Bakken, Sr.; grandsons, Richard Bakken, Jr. and James Bakken; great granddaughter, Angel Marie Bakken; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Karen Ann Hangebrauck and Cindy Bakken; brothers, John Waters, Sr., Richard Hangebrauck, Edward Hangebrauck and Charles Waters; sisters, Gloria Turkington, Rita Wurtzinger, Lorraine Dobson, Marianne Olcott and Linda Torres; first husband and father of her children, Henry Hangebrauck and second husband, James Martin.
