Donna Rodriguez

Donna J. Rodriguez, 61, of Park City passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2009 at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. She was born on November 13, 1947 in Antigo, WI to the late Lowell and Juanita (nee Nufer) Belant. On August 3, 1996 in Waukegan, Donna married Lupe Rodriguez. She is survived by her loving husband of 12 years, Lupe; step-daughter, Melinda (Jim) Butzine of Lake Villa; brother, Guy Belant of Wabeno, WI; sister, Linda (Henry) Wilson of Tony, WI; step-granddaughter, Ariel Butzine and several nieces and nephews. Donna worked at St. Therese Hospital in Waukegan for 15 years. She then worked and retired from K-Mart in Waukegan after 5 years of service. Donna was an avid Elvis fan. A visitation was held on Thursday, June 4, 2009 from 4-8 pm at Warren Funeral Home. Funeral services took place on Friday, June 5, 2009 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Deacon Marcelino Hernandez officiating. Entombment followed at Warren Cemetery, Chapel of Peace Mausoleum, Gurnee.
