Denise Cartwright, 52, of Gurnee passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at Manor Care in Libertyville. She was born on April 7, 1959 in Waukegan to the late Richard and Nancy (Hughes) Baker, Sr.
She is survived by her loving family, daughter, Melissa (Ken) Meckler; three granddaughters, Kayla, Hayley and Rebecca; twin sister, Diane (Allen) Layburn; three brothers, Richard (Marilynn) Baker, Michael Baker and Scott (Peg) Baker and many nieces and nephews.
Denise enjoyed spending time with her family. She worked for many years at Northside Community Bank in Gurnee.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 15, 2012 from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Road, Gurnee. Funeral services are Monday, January 16, 2012 at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Warren Cemetery & Mausoleum, Gurnee.
