David D. Reynolds, Sr, 67, of Waukegan passed away Monday, September 6, 2010 at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. He was born on May 19, 1943 in Mandan, North Dakota. On December 16, 1967 in Mandan, North Dakota, Dave married Judi Barnes.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Judi Reynolds of Waukegan, IL; children, Bonnie Minnoch of Pleasant Prairie, WI, Vicki Reynolds of Kenosha, WI and David D. (Sari) Reynolds, Jr. of Mundelein, IL; grandchildren, Christopher Reynolds, Andrew Minnoch, Justin Sawyer, Cassandra Minnoch, Kaleigh Sawyer, Valarie Sawyer, Ryan Reynolds and Jessie Alvarez; brothers, Tom Reynolds of Texas, Frank "Butch" Reynolds of Washington; sisters, Marie Bailey-Heck, Evelyn Foster both of Mandan, North Dakota, Susie Ziebarth of Oregon and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Rose (Wetch) Reynolds and brothers, Bill, Charlie, Richard and Eugene Reynolds.
Dave served in the Army National Guard. He loved his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Zion, Tiny's Social Club in North Chicago, he enjoyed camping, outdoor activities and loved animals.
Please join the family for a memorial luncheon that will be held on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 12:00 noon at the American Legion Post 771, 749 Milwaukee Ave., Gurnee to share stories and good times about Dave. Services are private.
