David N. Carlson, 81 a Lifelong resident of Gurnee passed away at his home on January 29, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on December 25, 1936 in Berwyn, IL to late Theodore and Una May (Faulkner) Carlson.
David was united in marriage to Nancy Scott on February 25, 1967.
He worked for 31 years at Illinois Bell, retiring in 1987. He really enjoyed the lake house in the Northwoods, woodworking and gardening.
David is survived by his wife; Nancy, his two daughters; Heather (Mike) Kerrigan and Robyn (Mike) Bukantis and his two granddaughters Megan and Amy Kerrigan.
David was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers' Roger, Carlton and Thomas Carlson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 6, 2018 from 10:00-11:00 A.M. at the Gurnee Community Church with services starting at 11:00 A.M. Rev. Brian Walter and Rev. Chris Stephens will officiate. Burial will be in Warren Cemetery.
The Family is being assisted by Warren Funeral Home.
