Daniel Vasquez Class, Sr., 83, of Park City passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at his home with his family by his side. He was born on June 3, 1926 in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico to Anacasio Vasquez and Felicita Class. On November 29, 1957 in Waukegan, Daniel married Annette Caringella. He is survived by his five loving children, Diana Phillips of Park City, Mary Rodriguez of Waukegan, Daniel (Paulette) Class, Jr. of Park City, Joe (Carolyn) Class of Park City and Mike (Rosie) Class of Beach Park; brother, Manuel (Helen) Class of Luquillo, Puerto Rico; sisters, Belen (Carlos) Aulet of Chicago, Gloria Class of Humecao, Puerto Rico and Virginia Class of Vega Alta, Puerto Rico; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren and many extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, beloved wife of 44 years, Annette Class and twelve brothers and sisters. Daniel loved fishing, motor sports, playing BINGO, table pool, Dominos and enjoyed the outdoors, especially feeding the ducks. He was also a hat collector. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 7, 2009 from 4-8 pm at WARREN FUNERAL HOME, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 12:00 pm with one hour of visitation prior to services. Burial will follow at Warren Cemetery & Mausoleum, Gurnee. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in care of his daughter, Mary Rodriguez.
