Daniel V. Adams, 75 of Vernon Hills, IL passed away on Monday, October 01, 2018 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL.
He was born on October 27, 1942 to the late Daniel and Shirley (Salm) Adams in Chicago IL.
Daniel is survived by his life partner, Wendy Ling, his son, Daniel Adams, his daughter, Kelly Ponzio, his grandchildren, Giovanna Adams, Dani Adams, Dustin Wayne Mayfield, Billi Danielle Mayfield, and Colton James Ponzio, and his great grandson, Lawson Wayne Mayfield.
He was preceded in death by his wife and parents.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at Warren Funeral Home located at 1475 N. Cemetery Rd. Gurnee, IL. Services will be on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
The family is being assisted by Warren Funeral Home.
