Charles Bowman

Charles W. Bowman passed away May 15, 2009 at the age of 77. He was born on August 15, 1931 in Delphos, Ohio. He is survived by his wife, Lucy Bowman; five children, Deborah (Craig) Hunsicker, Michael Bowman, Lauri (Dan) Cook, Donna (Mike) Fortin and David (Linda) Mikels; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles M. and Lillian Bowman and one sister, Betty Mueller. Charles served in the US Army during the Korean War. He retired as a construction worker from Chicago District Council and he was a big NASCAR fan. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Warren Funeral Home. Interment will take place at Warren Cemetery & Mausoleum, Gurnee, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated.
