He was born on July 28, 1951 in Ciales, Puerto Rico to Elias and Amparo Rosario (née Colon).

The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. on Monday, May 9, 2022 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 508 Grand Ave, Waukegan, Illinois 60085. Entombment will follow at Warren Cemetery and Mausoleum.
