Brenda Hanson

Brenda L. Hanson, 76, of Antioch, passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. She was born on March 22, 1939 in Chicago. She is survived by her longtime friends, Daniel and Sophie Tomaszewski, and Mercedes and Jerry Lombardi. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bertil and Julia (Lucas) Hanson, and beloved sister and brother-in-law, Louise and Carl Heinicke. Brenda was a Nun for 35 years at Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth in Des Plaines, and worked with social services at St. Mary's of Nazareth Hospital. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 8:30 am at St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church, 40000 US Hwy 45, Old Mill Creek, IL. Burial will take place at Warren Cemetery, Gurnee.
