Ava Vivian Sloan Rodriguez, 3 years, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. She was born on November 5, 2012 in Lake Forest, IL. She is survived by her loving parents, Pedro Raul and Margarita Marie (Chagoya) Rodriguez; two sisters, Lyla Rodriguez and Mila Rodriguez; paternal grandparents, Hector Raul and Irma Rodriguez, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Jennifer Chagoya and Guadalupe Gonzalez II; aunts and uncles, Brianna Centeno, Guadalupe Gonzalez III, Isabella Gonzalez, Hector (Judith Villegas) Rodriguez, Jr., Bianca (Tyrone Taylor) Rodriguez, Genesis Rodriguez, and many cousins. Ava's family will be launching sky lanterns promptly at 7:15 pm, Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Carol Beach Park, 111th Street in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Everyone is invited to attend and celebrate Ava's life with her family and friends. You are welcome to start arriving at 6:30 pm.
