Arthur J. Kotlewski Jr., 56 of Chicago passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at his home in Chicago.
He was born on January 1, 1963 to Arthur J. and Carol (Humpa) Kotlewski Sr. in Chicago. Arthur was employed at Kobi Tools. He enjoyed horror movies and The Wizard of Oz.
Arthur is survived by his children, Renee McKinney, Melisa Delgado, Kevin Kotlewski and Jasmine Rodriguez, his father, Arthur Kotlewski Sr., his grandchildren, Jeremiah McKinney, Aubriann Pincombe, Aaron Eskew, Genesis Townes, and Aluna Wadsworth, his brothers Charles Kotlewski, and Steven (Crystal) Kotlewski.
He was preceded in death by mother Carol, and his brothers, Carl Kotlewski and Christopher Kotlewski.
Visitation will from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2019 at Warren Funeral Home located at 1475 N. Cemetery Rd. Gurnee, IL. Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Fr. James Merold will officiate.
Entombment will be at Warren Cemetery.
Warren Funeral Home is assisting the family.
