Annie Kozlowski

Annie Jean Kozlowski 79 of Waukegan, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2017 at Vista East Medical Center in Waukegan. Annie was born in Jackson, Mississippi on November 2, 1937 to Prentiss and Anna Mea Smith and was a retired operations supervisor with the US Postal service. She loved to talk politics, garden and cook.
She is survived by one son Chris Jackson of Waukegan, one daughter Stephanie (Ralph) Robinson of Waukegan, one brother Prentiss Smith and four grandchildren Kyle, Kerry, Kory and Keenan and her husband Manuel Kozlowski. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Ernestine Lenoir. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, April 14, 2017 from 10-11am at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 North Cemetery Rd., Gurnee. Funeral services will follow at 11am with Rev. Carl Mabins officiating. Entombment will follow at Warren Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the American Lung Association
